Shear it up policies for new clients

As of this year, I have added the ability to make 2 appointments, without having to go back through the whole system again. You will now see a new button that says “Click here to make second appointment” where you will be able to add a second dog or third, with ease. As a reminder, my shop is 1 on 1, and because of this, I do not allow people to do walk ins at any time.

If you are looking for a single service, such as a place for your dog’s toe nails to be trimmed, this is not the shop for you. I only accept full service grooms at this time. IF you have 2 pets, but 1 needs a full service, but the other dog just needs toenails done. Then feel free to bring both dogs in. This is the only way I will do just a toenail trim. If you are looking for a place of recommendations for toenail trim. Please go to the dog parlor, either off Collage or the one off of Harmany, over by Target, no appointment required.

I do not answer the phone at this time. My website has been worked on, so all your questions can be answered. Please take the time to go through all the pages for any questions you may have. If you run into any problems, please text me at 970-412-1655 and I will try to get back to you, by the end of the day. I do not make appointments for new clients, over the phone or text. I need everyone to make their appointments online. This is so I can have all your information in 1 place and you will receive all your appointments reminders this way as well.   

 For all new clients. I have a no show policy due to individuals not showing up for their scheduled appointments. When you don’t show up for your appointment. That is a time slot lost for a paying customer, which is also money lost for me. Please understand this is small business. If you don’t show up and I lose too much money from people not showing up, this could mean the end of your cheap neighborhood groomer. You will be given 48 hours to approve/cancel/ or reschedule your appointment. If you are a no-show, you will be charge an extra $25 fee the first time. If you try to set up a new appointment and you do it a second time, you will be blacklisted and will have to find yourself another groomer. As a warning, your name and your pet’s name will be given to any other grooming shops in the area, as a no show client’s. So please do not be that 1 person that’s unbale to get their dog groomed, because you are unreliable with showing up to your appointments.

 I also wanted to send a friendly reminder that I do not live in the house where the shop is, the shop is a rented space. I need everyone to remain conscientious that I cannot babysit your dog after I am finished. My shop is a pick up after 30 minutes have passed, you will receive an increase of $1 a minute on your total bill until you pick up your dog, UNLESS we have communicated, stating you will be later. My shop is a very small space, and I am not able to hold on to your dogs for any longer than 30 minutes at a time. You will receive a text when your dog is finished, so please be paying attention to your phones.

If you are looking for a place to ONLY get your dogs toe nail trimmed. please go to “the DOG parlor” either off of college or the one off of Harmony and Timberline by the Super Target. Shear it up, is for full service grooming only.
